It was Tiger’s first win on the PGA tour since he last won the BMW Championship in September 2009 which was over 900 days ago! With the win at Bay Hill, Tiger is now back in the world's top 10. The Masters, which is on in a couple of weeks’ time, should be extremely competitive and very entertaining for viewers, as Tiger is starting to hit top form again. It really should be one of the best Masters in years as the likes of McIlroy and Donald, to name but a few, are on top form as well. It would be great to see Woods and McIlroy going head to head on the final day, but Woods, to me, still looks odds on favourite to win back the Green jacket this year!

It was also a brilliant week for Irish golf as Michael Hoey won the Trophy Hassan II on the European tour.  This is Hoey's fourth win on the European tour, which is no surprise as he is an extremely talented player and win number five shouldn't be too far away. Damien McGrane finished second to Hoey in the Trophy Hassan II, while Graeme McDowell gave Tiger a good run for his money to finish second to him at Bay Hill. Graeme was driving the ball fantastic last week with his new Cleveland Classic driver (which will be in stock soon) but unfortunately the putter was cold towards the end of the week and this really held him back.

The Tour Truck rolled in to Newcastle West Golf Club in the early afternoon and stayed through to late evening to custom fit and build the clubs for our customers.

The event was fully booked, and if you were unable to reserve a slot, never fear, as we have the full selection of TaylorMade clubs available in store.  Simply book a custom fit slot with one of the Professional Shop staff and we will get you kitted out with the very best that TaylorMade has to offer!

Martin Kaymer uses the new TaylorMade irons and although Luke Donald is sponsored by Mizuno, he chose to use the new TaylorMade R11 driver, both of which are now available to try and buy in the Pro Shop.

Also, a reminder that our very popular Easter Junior Camp starts on Monday 25 April!
